Problem connecting to SSRS

I seem to be having problems connecting to my Reporting Server with the SSRSReport class.  When I run it, I get the following:

Failed to connect to Reporting Service
Make sure that the url (https://[SERVER]//ReportServer) and credentials are correct!

If I take that url and put it in the browser, I am able to log in and view the reports using the same credentials I use in my code.

My code looks like this (edited to remove sensitive info):

require_once('SSRSReport.php');
define("UID", "server\login");
define("PASWD", "pass");
define("SERVICE_URL", "https://[MYSERVER]/ReportServer");

try
{
    $ssrs_report = new SSRSReport(new Credentials(UID, PASWD), SERVICE_URL);
}
catch (SSRSReportException $serviceException)
{
    echo $serviceException->GetErrorMessage();
}

The reporting server is using the 2005 version.  Windows Basic Authentication has been enabled through IIS.  Does anyone know what is wrong with what I am doing?
